Â If you are in the market for a waterfront home on Lake LBJ then you better be ready when the right deal hits the market. Â As you know, Texas has experienced unmatched growth in population over the past few years and waterfront property on Lake LBJ is fixed, and they aren’t making any more of it. Â When good properties hit the market they are quickly scooped up making it very hard to acquire a waterfront home on Lake LBJ.
