We originally helped two families acquire this property back in 2014. After many great years of use and lots of wonderful memories it was time to pass it off to the next family. We show all of our listings in person and one day while out showing another group there was a car that kept driving by the home. I flagged them down and asked if they wanted to see it. They had seen our marketing online and were interested. I told them they would need to come back in 30 minutes as I already had a scheduled showing. I got there number and texted them when I was ready. They showed up, brought the family, stayed a while and of course saw the vision! Before long it was under contract for this wonderful family and our wonderful sellers. We have since connected them with a great local builder with whom they will begin a major renovation immediately.
