What Kind of Fish can I expect to catch in the Highland Lakes?  With various bodies of water and various habitats within each, it comes as no surprise that fishing the Highland Lakes can be quite rewarding.  Depending on the time of year and location you are fishing you can expect to catch the following species in the area:
