Everyone wants to be in Blue Lake Estates as it is arguably the best and most desired part of Lake LBJ.  The closest part of Lake LBJ to Austin, the amazing 9 hole golf course right in the neighborhood, prestigious Horseshoe Bay address and the beautiful lush green lawns that are so admired by lake goers are just a few reasons why Blue Lake is in such high demand.  But for most, Blue Lake Estates is typically out of budget.  Today I have good news:

Waterfront lots and even major remodel projects tend to trade at a discount as most buyers are impulsive and do not want to wait to start enjoying their Lake LBJ Real Estate.  However, a little delayed gratification can go a long way when it comes to Lake LBJ Real estate.  For those willing to go through the hassle and headaches associated with a major remodel or new build that payoff is big.

Blue Lake estates is located approximately 50 miles outside Austin, Texas and 75 miles away from San Antonio, TX, making it easily accessible from most major Texas cities and minutes away from one of the nation’s largest private airports.
